Area Manager – Chocomelt
Resolve customer complaints about sweet & beverage quality & standard service.
– Maintain budget
– Ensure all operational checklist are recorded as standard
– Menu mix engineering
– Observe employee records, prepare payroll & schedules.
– Monitor the breakages, wastages inventories & submitting all reports related to the operation
– Instruct workers in the preparation & serving customers to obtain satisfaction
– Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards & regulations.
– Staff management meeting to ensure that the operation is running well.
– Organise plan & prioritise.
– Coordinate with the operations manager to assign prices to menu items, based on sweets,labour&overhead costs.
