a. Study & understand customers’ needs and translate it into products
b. Analyze & evaluate market research data to identify critical business factors
c. Maintaining relation with suppliers and handle all negotiations, product selection & business agreements.
d. Achieve the highest gross margin & sales targets
e. Study the different competitors’ products in all regions and performing the best product benchmarking.
f. Track and analyze category and product performance in terms of volume and profitability.
g. Manage the process of discontinued product liquidation
h. Provide product technical training for sales team
i. Support after sales team to solve customer complaints and customer maintenance.
j. Merchandising plan for any new assortment.
