Customer Account Manager – [Tenant RelationshipRent Collection] – Career Hunters
1. Maintain effective relations with tenants and ensure timely collection of rents and resolution of grievances.
2. Process tenant check-in and ensure all documents are complete,
3. Investigate and respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action,
4. Process tenant check out.
5. Ensure implementation of rules and regulations for tenants and other occupants,
6. Review maintenance invoices and labor attendance.
7. Prepare documents viz. circulars, notices related to tenants
8. Follow up with tenants invoices as per Property Manger request and rent collection
9. Coordinate with legal department on defaulters and cases.
