Customer Care Executive – SOS HR Solutions
· Provide 100 % comprehensive customer care support to all customers.
· Meet all in-store customers and share the customer care concept.
· Anchor the customer care concept to enhance and drive sales.
· Customer site visits for bathroom measurements – for design, pre-installation, customer advise.
· To provide pre-installation advise, details and directions to customers – and spell out the customer scope of work
· To visit the site and confirm compliance of all pre-installation site preparations and work.
· To install wellness in coordination with the installers and conform to all standard procedures with respect to handover and product application and training to the customer.
· Handover report as per SOP (from customer care) to be shared with the manager.
· Comply with the PMS systems and procedures.
· Ensure spare parts availability with the partner always.
· Provide / tie up customer care for partners in coordination with Customer care department.
