Al Ahmadi, Kuwait – Role Summary Full Time Regular (local) Company offers the opportunity as an experienced Employee HR Manager to join the team in Kuwait. Essential Responsibilities Structure local offers for employees on local payroll and follows up on IPRL packages with Global Mobility Implements assigned projects as delegated (Retention, Internship, … etc Supports managers in day-to-day HR activities Conducts investigations, implements findings and coaching sessions when needed Develops, implements and coordinates policies and programs covering several of the following recruiting, training, employee and labor relations, and personnel research. Counsels managers on HR policies, procedures and programs. May participate in cross-divisional HR teams. Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Masters Degree a plus. 8+ years HR experience. May require certain professional certifications.
