Al Mailam Group – Kuwait – Prepare & maintain the event calendar for important dates including renewals, travels , etc. Process all the request received from the employee on timely basis including leave request, certificates, etc. Handle independently obtaining new and renewal of various licenses, updating the company data with all Ministries, Departments and Municipality. Update the management with the latest updates and amendments with regards to Government rules, polices & procedures. Office administrative jobs that are assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENTS Team player with Good Communication Skills Can communicate in English & Arabic, typing skills as well as computer skills Previous experience in all Ministries, Municipality & Department related works In Depth working experience all jobs related to Ministry of Labor, Public Authority of Industries, Social Security, etc. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the field Holding Valid Transferable Visa and valid driving license ABOUT THE COMPANY… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
