Responsible for the delivery for all Human Resources Support Services such as personnel files, time & attendance, leaves and ensure that activities are carried out in a timely and effective manner.
HR Services Responsibilities:
Implement the personnel administration activities including (Personnel Files, Resignation, Termination, Time & Attendance, Leaves, etc.).
Develop and maintain employee’s database that contains all employee information (sick days taken, vacation days, etc…) in order to ensure efficient retrieval of information, whenever required.
Follow up and develop reports related to employee attendance to ensure compliance with working hour’s policy.
Update employee’s data on a monthly basis to ensure all employee relation information is up to date.
Maintain personnel files and employee records with all related administrative information across.
Coordinate with the core HR team on all areas related to Human Resources
Arrange interviews for candidates in coordination with the HR Manager.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the HR Manager.
