HR Generalist – Wazzan Educational Services
• Assist with planning and coordinating events within the company. • Communicating regularly with employees and with the upper management to implement and create effective work policies. • Administrative hiring duties like Creating job postings, interviewing, recruiting and training. • Train and settle new employees and assist in the onboarding process. • Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are met, including the verification of required licenses, background checks, completion of all necessary paperwork and input of information into complex electronic systems which will require a high level of attention to detail, problem solving skills and reasoning. • Maintaining employee records and data in spreadsheets • Provide enthusiastic consultation with all employees via phone and in person on many areas including policy and procedures, collective bargaining support, employee relations including onboarding, benefits and other human resources duties. • Resolving internal conflicts as well as offer counselling to employees • Conduct performance reviews and Organize employee training programs. • Assist the HR manager with their daily tasks. • Organized and adept at basic word processing and data entry software programs. • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
