office manager – PACE
► Manage the physical premises of two office locations, while advising on additional foreign locations.
► Manage and implement administration support services making adjustments where necessary to deliver organizational support to meet demand on time and on budget.
► Manage office facilities, to include stationary, cleaning of offices and bathrooms, office furniture etc. Ensuring that all office facilities are operating properly.
► Would also be responsible for ensuring that any issues/requests are addressed in a timely manner.
► Manage a staff in two locations comprising of Drivers, Receptionists and Catering/F&B, Printing Team. Managing their performance through coaching and guidance.
► Member of the Office Management Taskforce (covers Bahrain, KSA and Kuwait) which is mandated to deal with all issues/requirements related to office facilities, office services, landlords, real estate strategy, refurbishments, and floor plans.
► Responsible for developing and implementing office policy adherent to Pace culture.
► Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Insuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
► Provide general support to office personnel.
► Maintain strict business and personnel confidentiality.
