Projects Coordinator – Al-Muhalhel General Trading & contracting Co.
• Understand client’s requirements and buying specifications.
• Coordinate the preparation of quotations / proposals.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks related to procurement activities.
• Establish and maintain database for potential suppliers.
• Coordinate the closing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate delivery of the material by the vendors and make sure it is carried out to deadlines as set in the project deliverables.
• May assist in the compilation of the tender documentation and any administrative work related to tender preparation.
• Proactively coordinate all aspects of the project, determine new ways of project development and to keep the Management well informed of any updates.
• project schedule and documentation (Hard and Soft). Prepare and maintain professional monthly progress reports.
• Stays update with latest trends in interior designs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule
