Receptionist, Office Administration – Al-Sayer Group
Receive all incoming calls and visitors, direct them to appropriate staff and provide clerical and administrative support for the staff.
· Greet all incoming customers and direct them to take a token number in case the customers are interested in getting info from Retail Delivery, or direct them to the concerned Section / Department.
· Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate staff or department.
· Answer telephonic enquiries; update the customers if the vehicle is ready or not & call back once it is ready.
· Take and deliver messages when appropriate staff is unavailable.
· Perform other clerical duties, photocopying, collating and sending faxes and ordering and dispensing office supplies.
