Dar Al Shifa Hospital – Kuwait – Job Description Job Scope: Provides support to Human Resources Department and full execution of the recruitment process with clear understanding of the company’s business objectives. Supervises the recruitment process of the recruitment team. Must be able to devise and implement the hospital’s policies and procedure through hiring and retaining employees, developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies to meet these objectives. Job Responsibilities: Establishes recruiting requirements according to hospital’s policies, procedures and objectives; and coordinates with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
