Sales Engineer – Elevator – SOS HR Solutions
– Receiving inquiries for Elevators and Escalators. Review and Prepare quotations as per clients requests. Advertising the Products.
– Liaise and coordinate with the principle on prices and models changes. Follow-up with clients on completing prices and final sales.
– Finding new customers. Visiting sites, Contractors, Engineering Officers, and Ministries.- To demonstrate & explain product service to customers, engineers, architects and other professionals.
– To provide technical advice training to clients and technicians to use, operation and maintenance of equipment.
– To draw up or propose changes in equipment, processes, materials, or services resulting in cost reduction or – Improvement in customer relations. To ensure proper advice to customers, recommend proper sales, tools for maintenance.
– To keep records of customers. To attend problems at the site, and maintain a good rapport with clients.- To assist sales force by convincing customers to buy the product service by detailing about the technical aspects.
– To provide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical systems, or process related matter.
– To estimate the quantifiable characteristics of Services or Products to help prepare tenders quotes.
