Hempel Paints Company ( ME ) – Kuwait City – Key tasks Represent Hempel as a company providing quality protective and decorative paints to the customers/retailers. Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective retailers. Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends. Maintaining relationship with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance Call on existing and new potential customers/retailers to establish good contact and generate sales Compile and recommend paint systems based on the project information gathered. Coordinate with TSD personnel in case of request for a demonstration or site sample. Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory handling. Ensure invoices are settled in accordance with the approved payment terms and established credit limits.
