Supervisor, Toyota Certified Car Sales – Al-Sayer Group
•Check requirement for cars and verify against availability.
•Check customer documentation prepared by Sales Administrator and send it to Manager, Certified Car Sales for approval.
•Negotiate prices, offer discounts and close deal.
•Arrange replacements in the car as per customer request; send Vehicle Prepare Order for the showroom.
•Ensure follow up on delivery of the car to the customer.
•Conduct after sales follow up with the customer on car condition.
•Prepare daily sales report and submit to Manager, Certified Car Sales.
•Ensure safety of showroom as per Toyota Motor Corporation, Municipality standards.
•Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
•Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on E-Synergy for management approval.
•Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
•Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
•Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
