Talent Management and Development Manager – Taiba Hospital
Job purpose :
To manage and oversee the Talent and Development division of Taiba Hospital and spearhead several employee engagement initiatives promoting positive Taiba culture, events and professional development
People Management Manage: motivate and develop individual employees and the team in line with people policies & practices communicating operational procedures.
Governance and Compliance: Work fully within policies and procedures and compliance regulations.
Employee Engagement: Spearhead transparency initiatives among Taiba culture developing, promoting and implementing successful loyalty, retention and transparency programs.
